Mission Statement
The library learning Den at Osoyoos Secondary School is a welcoming learning environment that promotes higher level learning and responsible use of technology. The Learning Den is a place that promotes literature and enjoyment of reading, offers collaboration spaces, recording and green screen area, as well as many other resources available to showcase student creativity.
Reading
SORA - allows students to download eBooks and audiobooks to read/listen to on their favourite device (phone, laptop, tablet, etc).
Students can easily search for resources by clicking on Similkameen District 53.
Goodreads - Goodreads is the world’s largest site for readers and book recommendations. Their mission is to help people find and share books they love. Goodreads launched in January 2007.
Okanagan Regional Library - The local library for the region. If we don't have a resource, they probably will!
